• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on carpets, furnishings, or beds. Substantial extra charges will be applied if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.

All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom
• Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges apply when the owner has to fix something or pay for additional cleaning if not complied.
Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.

*It´s completely FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection. A $200,00 (Two Hundred Dollars) FINE will be applied if we find evidence of smoking inside the house plus all expenses with extra cleaning, such as the use of Ozone Machine.
* If you are traveling with your pet, pay a PET FEE and follow some rules. Although some of our houses are pet friendly, pets are NOT allowed on the carpeted are of the house, furnishings or beds if you have them outside on the pool area, please keep the area clean. If after your check out our cleaning team finds evidence that the pets did were allowed on the areas with carpet a FINE of $200,00 (Two Hundred Dollars) will be charged as well as all demaged itens found and extra cleaning FEE if necessary.
